    FRANK J. MOLINA, Principal

     

    Mr. Molina has over a decade’s worth of experience in a variety of senior staff positions in the California State Legislature. He has served as senior advisor to Majority Leaders of both the Assembly and Senate, as well as performing the role of Chief Consultant to the Chair of the Latino Legislative Caucus. In this capacity, Mr. Molina  assisted in increasing the Latino Caucus’ membership from 18 to 27 members and in pushing its legislative agenda in the areas of equal access to higher education and health care. During his last two years in the Assembly, Mr. Molina served as Chief of Staff to Assembly member Simon Salinas and administered Salinas’ successful election to Monterrey County Board of Supervisors in 2006.

    Prior to public service, Mr. Molina held various positions in the financial services sector in Chicago. A native of California, Mr. Molina is also a graduate of California State University—Chico and currently resides in Sacramento, California.
